Pricing depends on what we are building, the channels and integrations involved, and the support you need. We start with a free 30-minute strategy call, then outline the scope and quote the work. We also clarify any applicable third-party platform or usage costs so you understand what is included and what is ongoing.

## Integration options

Connections are scoped individually after checking your tools. A booking link, a calendar connection and an AI agent are different pieces of work. Your proposal lists the setup, any platform or usage costs, and ongoing support.

- **Contact & inquiries:** Connect a contact form to the right inbox, add a WhatsApp entry point, or define an AI chat workflow for your site.
- **Calendar & booking:** Add a booking link or embedded scheduler. For agent-led booking, we define a supported connection to check availability and arrange appointments.
- **Customer records & follow-up:** Send agreed inquiry details and notes to your customer management system (CRM), so your team has the context to follow up.
- **Team notifications & handoff:** Notify the right person about a new inquiry or follow-up request, with the useful details collected during the conversation.
- **Appointment reminders:** Send reminders for confirmed appointments through an agreed channel, using the booking platform and its supported messaging options.
- **Operational reporting:** Review inquiries handled, handoffs, workflow issues and confirmed bookings where outcome data is available. We agree the measures and reporting frequency with you.

Your proposal defines the defect-correction period, support hours, response expectations and included work. Automated monitoring and human support have separate coverage. Third-party services may have their own limits and charges.

## Search and AI visibility

Start with an audit and action plan. Implementation of agreed code, content and configuration changes is scoped separately. Google Analytics setup and paid advertising are not included. Rankings, indexing and AI mentions cannot be guaranteed.
